Azadirachta indica
Kohomba (Margosa or Neem), is found in India, Burma and Sri Lanka. The Kohomba bark is long, white in colour, and contains margosine oil. Its beneficial parts include the roots, flowers, leaves and seeds. The oil, which is extracted from the seeds, has both medicinal and therapeutic properties. Kohomba oil, an active ingredient of Khomba Soap, has powerful cleansing properties; not only does it keep skin healthy but it also cleanses the body of all external impurities.

Santalum album
Sandalwood is commonly found in India and Sri Lanka, growing at altitudes of 4,500 feet. White in colour from the exterior, it transforms into its more familiar reddish hues once cut. A recognized skin freshener, sandalwood helps to smoothen and soften skin, leaving it healthy, radiant and odour-free.

Aloe vera
Komarika is found in India, Pakistan and the dry zones of Sri Lanka. The gel, which is extracted from the pulp of the Komarika leaves, is used to moisturize and cleanse skin. It is also a popular hair revitalizer.

Curcuma longa
Turmeric is found throughout Sri Lanka. The beneficial properties of the plant are found in rhizomes. It is popularly used in skin and facial applications, which result in a clear, fair and radiant complexion.

Coscinium fenestratum
Venivelgeta or Calumba Wood is found in both Sri Lanka and the western and southern forest areas of India. The leaves, flowers and other parts of the creeper are used as a traditional ayurvedic skin care treatment to enhance the complexion of the skin.
